This Return and Refund Policy ("Policy") is provided by ITCS Capital Ltd ("ITCS Trade"), a company registered under the laws of Kazakhstan, with its registered office at K. Amanzholov Street 174, 09000, Kazakhstan.

ITCS Trade is committed to providing its clients with exceptional financial services and trading solutions. We understand that situations may arise where clients may need to request a refund of their available balance. This Policy sets forth the terms and conditions under which ITCS Trade handles refund requests.

  1. Refund Eligibility

Clients are eligible for a refund of their available balance, provided that the funds have not been used as margin, lost in trading operations, or paid as commissions or other fees.

  1. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, clients can either:

a. Contact our support team by sending an email to with the following information:

  • Full name
  • Registered email address
  • Account number
  • Reason for the refund request

b. Log in to the ITCS Trade dashboard, and click the "Withdraw" button.

Our support team will review the request and provide further instructions on the refund process.

  1. Processing Time

Refund requests are typically processed the same day they are received. However, the processing time may vary depending on the client's bank or payment provider.

  1. Refund Method

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method the client used to make the deposit. In case the original payment method is not available, an alternative method may be used at ITCS Trade's discretion. Withdrawals are sent using SEPA.
